Q. I get a message that another copy of this program on the network and has switching to demo mode. Can you correct this or tell me what I am doing or have done wrong?
A. Just restart your system, It will work fine then.
If you force quit the appliction, or it gets terminated in not a normal way by some other reason, it does not unregister on your system.

Q. The background image does not line up when printing.
A. Please use CD/DVD Label Maker panel in the Print dialog box to adjust your printer alignment.

Q. The finished printed product is off center. Can I move it?
A. Yes, in the Print dialog box, select CD Label Maker panel, and use printer calibration. View Screenshot

Q. How do I make input text to label?
A. just create a text box, and then either double click it, or click it with the "T" tool selected.

Q. How to remove Object box outline?
A. please select your text box, and then use the Object>Object Info menu option. The correspondent panel will be shown on the bottom of the window. select the Object tab, and uncheck the Border check box.

Q. How to import my playlists from Itunes?
A. you just need to add a rectangular item to your label. as you see, the Tracks popup appears on the toolbar. select the iTunes, make the settings in the dialog box, click "OK".

Q. How to import images/clipart to cd label?
A. You just need to add a rectangular item to your label , and then you can import clipart. (use the Import Clipart menu option from File menu)

Q. I wanted to import a photo from my iphoto library to use on the DVD label. Can I do that?
A. It's possible, you need just click the file menu option > import the Background image.

Q. Can I print a label directly onto a CD?
A. Yes you can. You'll need a printer that supports this. You'll also need special printable discs. They're usually labeled as printable and have white surfaces. They generally come in either inkjet or thermal varieties;

Q. Is your program compatible with Mac OS X 10.5?
A. Yes, it's compatible with Mac 10.5, because I work on Mac 10.4.11 and 10.5.1.

Q. I've ordered x hours ago, and I still haven't received key.
A. Online orders are handled automatically by our eCommerce partners RegNow (http://www.RegNow.com/). It is possible that their servers are temporary busy sometimes, and sometimes they decide that order should be checked manually, which takes more time. Please understand that we don't have an influence here.
In addition, not receiving e-mails can be due to spam filters that can be too rigorous these days. Please check your spam mailbox.
If you don't get an e-mail within 24 hours, contact us and we will check what went wrong.

Q. I've lost my serial number. Can you resend it?
A. Yes, we can email your serial number to the email address you registered with. Please email support@iwinsoft.com to ask for it to be resent. Please include your name and email address in your email.

Q. What printers are supported?
A. iwinsoft CD/DVD Label Maker will work with any Mac-compatible printer. Printer compatibility is only an issue if you want to print directly on CDs or DVDs.

Q. Serial Number Error.
A. please try copy and paste to enter your serial Number (to avoid mistyping it). To do this, Please hilite it and then copy to the clipboard, launch the product, and paste the serial number into the serial number entry box within our label maker software.

Q. I opened the program to make a label & their are no options under image & layout.
A. The product and templates folders should be in the same location with the product.

Q. What is the difference between an unregistered version and the registered version?
A. The unregistered version differs from the activated one by the "Demo Version" on the printout. All the other functionality is the same.
