1. In almost half an hour I'm trying to buy the software, however, failed, why?

May it be one of the reasons below:
1. The money on your credit card is not sufficient.
2. May it be the problem of some agents like regnow, etc. If you agree that we deal with this situation manually, then you may write to us to confirm, and we will let regnow solve the problem as soon as possible.
3. Some problems with our network, and we will deal with it at once. If unfortunately failed, please email to support@iwinsoft.com to contact us.

2. What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard/Euro Card, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, and check cards or ATM cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We also accept PayPal - USD Only, Bank/Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, Fax - Credit Card, Invoice, and Purchase Order. If you choose to pay by Check, PayPal, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, Fax - Credit Card, Invoice or Purchase Order select the appropriate payment method on the payment page, and directions will be provided to you after you have fully submitted your order.

3. Which is the most convenient way to pay?

We recommend you to use credit card, as this is the most efficient payment channel, and the process fee is relatively lower.

4. Is it safe to purchase online?

Purchasing iWinSoft products online (via RegNow) is absolutely secure. RegNow uses advanced encrypted SSL on every transaction processed. In other words, the transmission from the server forms a matched pair with the transmission from your computer, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid. The information received from you is totally protected!

5. What shall I receive after payment?

All our products are delivered via ESD (Electronic Software Delivery) only. After the purchase a customer will immediately receive a notification e-mail with the necessary registration information and a download link.

6. What does it mean the "Extended Download Service" ?

It is a service from REGNOW, When you order a product, it is automatically added to your order. If you don't want it you can remove it before ordering.

7. What currency do you accept?

We accept many currencies, such as USD, AUD, EUR, HKD, and so on. You could select the currency you like in Shopping Basket page.

8. How will the software be delivered? Is there any CD package?

Delivery is mainly made via download from the Internet. As soon as your purchase is completed, an email with the license key(registration code) will be sent to you.
If you would like to receive a hard copy of the software (i.e: a copy of the product in a CD), please check the "Get it on CD" checkbox on the order page. This option will come with an additional fee of $9.95.
However, as we do made improvements on the product periodically, new updates of the same version will be available for download with fixed bugs and/or added features. Therefore, the CD will be soon out of date, and download from the Internet is recommended to keep your software fresh.
Do not worry about having no backup of the program. Whenever you need to reinstall it or have any problems, simply contact our Support Team, we will be right at your service.

9. Which is better, downloading the software or getting it on a CD?

Downloading is faster and saves you money. Downloading takes minutes, receiving a CD takes days, and when downloading there are no shipping charges. All orders are available for download.

10. How long will it take to receive registration codes after payment?

You'll receive a confirmation email when the order goes through and our system will automatically send the registration info to your email address once your order has been validated. If you did not receive it within 30 minutes, perhaps it has been tagged as a SPAM or it's because of the delay of internet or system glitches.

11. What is the pricing for multi-user license?

The price for multi-user license varies according to licenses you need. We offer up to 20% discount for schools, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations.

12. I am having trouble placing my order. What do I do?

13. How many licenses do I need to purchase?

A single licensed copy of any iWinSoft application allows you to install that application on 1 PC. If you wish to install the application on more than 1 PC then multiple licenses can be purchased.
Large discounts are available when purchasing multiple licenses. See the order page of each application for details.

14. I've lost my license code details.

15. Where is my serial number/registration code?

Shortly after placing your order, you should receive an e-mail containing the serial number ( License code ) for the product that you purchased.
or, Online serial number lookup is available. you'll be able to view detailed information about your order right online!

16. Do I need to re-registration after I re-install the software?

No, you don't have to re-enter your registration info. Our software will memory you registration status.

17. We are a non-profit/government/educational organization. Can we get a discount?

Yes. You receive 20% off all purchases. Send us an email for details.

18. If I purchase your software, can I upgrade it for free in the future?

Yes, You can always get normal update version of the software for free. You can get the update version from our website. Your original license code is still valid for the update version.
